Based in Sidney, British Columbia and operating Canada-wide, the firm supports governments, public agencies, and community partners to deliver complex initiatives with clarity, accountability, and measurable impact. Plassurban has a strong track record managing multi-year, multi-partner projects in environments with high public accountability, working at the intersection of local government, provincial ministries, non-profits, and professional organizations. Plassurban specializes in inclusive and universal design, DEIA research, and evidence-based implementation. The firm is known for translating complex policy, legislative, and technical requirements into practical guidance that supports consistent, real-world delivery. Plassurban operates as a senior-led, solo-partner firm, with all projects handled directly by Dr. Agnello.
